Planning your conference or event can be difficult. Poorly planning for potential risks and hazards associated with the COVID-19 Pandemic at an event can be deadly.

As we work together through this global pandemic, we need to assure the safety and wellbeing of our attendees, guests, and staff. While following all CDC guidelines, our team is there to assess the temperatures of anyone who may be affected, and to provide treatment. There is also a continued need to prevent potential liability for our clients. We are all cognizant of the fact that injuries and sickness occur daily. In many cases, these often occur without warning. In addition, the chances of an incident occurring greatly increase with large groups of people. Even with perfect planning, events often require emergency medical services. While these can be provided by the local fire department, such emergency calls often take precious time; especially at a crowded event. ‘’When emergencies occur, seconds count”.

The American Heart Association (AHA) states that death occurs 4-6 minutes following cardiac arrest if no intervention is performed. 

We remain on site during events, and are therefore able to respond rapidly to any medical emergency that could occur, and expeditiously take action when needed. In addition to being available for life-threatening emergencies with CPR and AED use, we offer Basic Life Support, first aid, wellness checks, vital signs monitoring, blood glucose monitoring, airway management, oxygen delivery, spine stabilization, splinting of extremities, and bandaging. You owe it to yourself and your attendees to prepare for the unexpected. You will rest easier knowing on-scene Emergency Medical Staff are committed exclusively to your attendees for the duration of your event.
